Payroll Services Overview

Payroll Implementation & Training

At Kinetic Wizard, Payroll is our expertise, our certified payroll professionals do a full review of your current state of business and recommend a payroll solution that suits your business and manages all your needs in one place.  We send you a quick questionnaire, to get a general idea on your needs and we build a demo with your specific information.  We demo the payroll system to ensure you know exactly what you are getting into.  We then provide a Business Requirements document (BRD) showing you the proposed process in detail.  We provide a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing deliverables, timelines, and costs.  Once the SOW is signed off, we commence with the build. Once the build is complete, we run a PayRun and compare it with results from your previous payroll system, any inconsistencies are resolved, once this is signed off, we commence with training a subset of users in a UAT (User Acceptance Training) environment.  We then guide your team through UAT while running your old system in parallel. Once all concerns have been addressed and you are happy with the solution, we take on balances and you are ready to Go-Live.   We provide you with detailed Team Member Communication, to share with your staff, to ensure all your staff, whether they are Supervisors, Managers or Payroll Administrator’s, are all comfortable on the new payroll system and how to login to ESS (Employment Self Service Portal), the Mobile application (SWAG) and Kiosks (ClockMeIn).

We offer 24/7 Australia-based support, via email or telephonically, depending on your needs. We understand that payroll is time-sensitive, and this is why we are immediately available to assist and resolve issues. Most providers only offer support via email, we go the extra mile.

We integrate the payroll into your ERP, example, Business Central, Wiise, SYSPRO, PRONTO, any many more, so when the PayRun is finalized, the payroll journal is automatically sent to the ERP and can be set up to be automatically posted or manually approved and posted.

Your first month is free, you only start paying for the subscription once you Go-Live.  You only pay for employees that are actively used in the payroll system (Used timesheets, rostering or been in a PayRun).

Payroll Outsourcing

Kinetic Wizard offers a fully managed payroll bureau service, not just payroll processing, we prepare your payroll, you authorize it, and we provide you with the ABA file to be uploaded to your bank, remit superannuation in accordance with super stream, lodge STP to the ATO, and deliver reports electronically. We ensure you aren’t under or overpaying payments or entitlements and will advise you if you are.
